Lansky Shave Brush Quality Control
| For the shaving brush, every knot is well combed by hand, until no hair shedding. And every handle is inspected to pick out the defected one, to print or engrave the logo, and every logo is also inspected one by one, to assure the logo clear, no ghosting, no burs, at correct position, and no color fading etc. And then to assemble the shaving brush with high-viscosity epoxy resin glue, after solidification, every brush is pulled inspection, to assure no knots shedding. Then final well combed the brush knots again by hand, and then to clean the brush and to do final inspection for the brush, all the qualified brushes are packed as per request. |
